If you want excellent service from start to finish, Ken & Debbie are the way to go!  I used them to move my pony mare from Mass to Vermont and she arrived fresh as a daisy.  It is reassuring to know that they not only pay attention to detail, but they are very experienced with equines of all types.  They also have a camera to keep an eye on your precious cargo during transport.  They were on time and kept in touch. Their rates are amazingly low for such personalized service.  I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.  Can't say that about all of the transporters I have used over the years.

Grumpy promised my very nervous mother that he would get her mare the many hours to Indiana (from New Hampshire) safely, and that he and Debbie would take good care of her.  Not only did they deliver the Draft Pony, Luca, to her destination, they delivered on that promise to my mother.  It was extremely important to take care of my mother's concerns and put her mind at ease, and they did. They treated Luca as though she was their own. Putting the horse's needs above their own, Grumpy and Debbie listened to Luca's needs, and did what she needed - when she was ready to drive, they drove - when she needed a rest, they rested.  It was so sweet to see that.  They both have such kind souls and it is obvious they do what they do because they love it and they definately know what they are doing.  Don't let the nickname "Grumpy" fool you! ;)  Thank You.

She was truly a rescue, and you transported this unknown mare with empathy and care from Pennsylvania to Maine. I appreciated your excellent communication prior to and during the transport. Dear Grumpy & Crew

I needed to get my Skippy from MA to SC.  Did lots of research on equine transportation and chose "Grumpy".  I didn't want Skippy going on a trailer full of strange horses where he might not get personal care.    Grumpy has a wonderful trailer, well cared for and clean with lots of room for the horse.  His experience and thoughtfulness for Skippy showed thru out the ride, and it was a long one.  If I had to trailer him again I would for sure call Grumpy.  I can't say enough about his care and concern for my Skippy.  His crew of ladies were the best also.  They all seemed to feel the welfare of their passenger was most important.  Again, I can't say enough about Grumpy and his crew.
